Spaghetti and Meatball Cupcake!

Hello Sweet Readers!  I wanted to experiment a bit with some supplies on hand and made this little lonesome spaghetti and meatball cupcake for fun. I'd been wanting to do it for awhile, ever since seeing it in "Hello, Cupcake".  I love how it turned out. My hubby, on the other hand, thought it looked a bit too savory for his liking. He didn't mind the taste, though!
