Chocolate Raspberry Torte

Hello Sweet Readers!
Last weekend, we went to a wonderful dinner party with some great friends. I was blessed to bring the dessert and here it is! I had to make this recipe when I saw it in "Cooks Illustrated" this month. And let me tell you, it was divine! It was rich, and moist and decadent. It consisted of two yummy torte layers with raspberry filling that were then drenched in ganache and toasted almonds. This recipe is a keeper...go try it! (and many thanks to my MIL for the subscription to this great cooking it!)
