Please Help! Blogger is not allowing me to upload!

I am seeking advice from all of you sweet readers out there! When I try to upload photos, I get the message "server rejected" under them and it doesn't upload. This happens on both blogs. Does anyone know how to solve this crazy problem??!! Thank so much!
