Hello Sweet Readers!I hope you have been having a great weekend! I baked much of the day yesterday. It smelled mighty yummy around here. Here is one thing I made - a very moist and delicious coffee pound cake with toasted pecans. I had been given these cute little mini bundt pans and they were perfect for the recipe. I also made a bunch of cupcakes with it. Couldn't resist! Anyhow, the recipe came from the darling cookbook, "Little Cakes", and the whole family agreed it was a winner. And no, the coffee did not keep the kiddos up too late :)
