Last week, I met my hubby at a cute little french bakery downtown that we had been meaning to try for some time now. We had some very yummy french macaroons and when I got home, I was dying to make some. So, I did :) They were the first ones I have made and they could use some improvement in the technique and appearance, but I thought they were delicious. I filled them with a coffee cream and tinted them pink. I hope to make more soon, in other flavors. They are so delicate, yet they have incredible flavor.Happy February, Sweet readers!
