Red Velvet Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream
I made these pretty little things for an order this week and was so happy with the way they turned out. The cake was rich and moist, with a light and delicate crumb. I filled them with vanilla buttercream to compliment the specks of dark chocolate interwoven with the red velvet cake. I melted some white chocolate to add to the cream cheese buttercream and shaved some white chocolate curls for the top. Thanks for coming to check them out!
