Sweet Set

Hi! Well, I finally did it! I created this blog to share my sweets with you. Thanks to all of you who have encouraged me to do it (esp. Debbie and Carrie :) I look forward to sharing my creations with you and letting you know what I've been up to. Please be patient with me! I will try to post often, but I am soooo new to this and it may take some getting used to. :) I know I need to work on my photos, so bear with me on that, too! Please feel free to comment with suggestions and/or tips! I do sell my cupcakes and sweets, so if you see something you like or have an idea what you want, please let me know. The photo above is a hostess gift that I brought to a friend's last night. We had a wonderful dinner with wonderful company! There are two each of three different kinds of cupcakes. The purple is a moist carrot cake with a vanilla buttercream and cream cheese frosting swirl. Then there is a Guiness Stout and bittersweet chocolate with vanilla buttercream and a dark chocolate accent. The last cupcake is an almond joy cupcake made with a dark chocolate cake, a creamy coconut layer and milk chocolate almond buttercream. They were fun to make and to give.
