Hi! I was out of town for the weekend, so my blogging slowed a bit, but I am back! I have a new nephew now (welcome to the world, Anthony Joseph!) and I got to meet him just after his birth while we were in Southern California. Lucky me! So blessed. . .Anyhow, I made these last week for an order. They are coconut cuppies with a cream cheese buttercream frosting topped with coconut. Very tasty and moist. I love the look, too.
