Hello Sweet Readers! I hope you are having a fabulous weekend! I had a client order this pretty boxed cupcake for her sister's birthday. It's a jumbo butterfly cupcake filled with coconut cream and caramel and topped with pink and purple vanilla bean buttercream. I topped it with an embossed fondant flower with her initial and added some M&Ms for stability and decoration. (Thanks to http://www.mysweetandsaucy.com/ for the box idea and link!) This is such a fun gift to give!
